Mike Jacob

Mike is the President and General

Counsel of the Pacific Merchant

Shipping Association. He provides

legal advice, testifies in legislative

hearings, and presents at maritime and

legal conferences globally. Mike has

consulted for transportation agencies,

served on the Alameda County

Planning Commission, holds a law

degree from UC Hastings, a BA from

UC Berkeley, and supports affordable

housing initiatives.
